In a news release issued by Montclair, N.J.-based law firm Smith Mullin, which is representing 比洛蒂, it is alleged that, immediately following the discrimination and abuse, 比洛蒂 had her career sabotaged after seeking help from CEO Alex Gorsky.
The lawsuit was filed in the Superior Court of New Jersey in Essex County. Nancy Erika Smith, Esq., of Smith Mullin, is representing 比洛蒂.
